Frank joined Petro in the summer of 2024 and focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities. He brings extensive experience in acquiring, financing, and developing real estate assets.

Previously, he played a key role at MAXX Properties, the Singer & Bassuk Organization, and TF Cornerstone/Rockrose Development. He actively contributed to notable transactions, including the Max (a 1,028-unit apartment complex in Manhattan), Carnegie Hall Tower (a 550,000-square-foot trophy office building), and the Queens West master-planned community (2,000 units in Long Island City). A Westchester native, Frank holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
