This ground-up construction project of luxury condominiums in the heart of Manhattan’s Meatpacking District represents a significant achievement, especially in such a high-barrier-to-entry market. The building, named The Gansevoort, features five open, loft-style two-bedroom homes, a ground-floor two-bedroom dwelling with a backyard, and a three-bedroom duplex penthouse complete with seventh-floor roof deck terraces. Each condominium boasts private elevator access, custom cabinetry, Viking stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, and mahogany floors throughout. This project was a joint venture between Petro Real Estate Development Corp. and the Najjar Group of Manhattan.
