Petro partnered with SK Realty in acquiring this property in 2021.  The campus located in York Pennsylvania contains of 1.4 MM square feet of warehouse and office space.  The tenant base is anchored by Johnson Controls, which has been there since 1925.  The Hub is strategically located, providing access to the region’s distribution centers of Central PA, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.

Petro and SK Realty made a strategic acquisition of the property adjacent to the York Logistics Hub in 2021.  This property added over 9 acres and 167,000 square feet of warehouse to the York campus.
